This Japanese author, born in Tokyo, will delight us with his visit to Barcelona in 2024. In collaboration with the publishing house Planeta Cómic, Naoki Urasawa will be part of the biggest manganime event in Spain, Manga Barcelona.

Not only will he be part of a prestigious guest line-up, but he will also be in charge of creating the exclusive poster for 30 Manga Barcelona. A design that will be unveiled in the coming months and will be the talk of the town. In this edition, we will witness a personalized and dedicated work to celebrate this thirtieth anniversary with the art of one of the most recognized genius in the world of manga.

Urasawa needs little introduction. Since his debut in 1983, he has created memorable stories and iconic works such as Yawara!, Monster, Happy! and 20th Century Boys, among others. A three-time Shōgakukan Manga Award winner, he has also received many other national and international awards, including the Best Series Award at the Angoulême Festival in France, two Will Eisner Comic Industry Awards for the best American edition of foreign material (Asia), or the Lucca Comics and Games Award, in Italy.
